Goods from surplus come from government disposals or other authorized channels in which case as you may expect the item is of a used condition, generally we are happy to examine the condition of the items before dispatch to ensure they are serviceable and generally anything which is not fit for sale is disposed of by us in the first instance, we may grade the condition as from 3 variations
New Condition – As it says
Supergrade – Signs of use but excellent with no signs of damage and light signs of use
Grade 1 – Signs of use and may have names written in places but generally serviceable, perhaps faded
Grade 2 – Requires a few repair to ensure full serviceability
Shipping General Information
We tend to use tracked delivery for all International orders, the couriers used my range from Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS, TNT, DPD etc, once the order leaves the country and clears customs in another country it may well be passed onto another courier in which case we have no control, orders going from the UK to US tend to be handed over to USPS or which ever domestic carrier the arrangement is with, if you have trouble locating your parcel please get in touch in the first instance.
Returns Policy General Information
Brand New: Providing goods have not been worn, altered or used and are returned within 14 days of receipt in original packaging and with all tags intact, we will be happy to accept a return on goods purchase,
Surplus (i.e Grade 1/Supergrade) : This applies to all used surplus goods, unless there is a fault etc than we offer usually offer no exchange or refund, however if goods are recieved in a damaged condition or differ greatly than expected we are happy to replace or refund, please get in touch!
Buyer remains liable for any carriage costs incurred, with the exception of the return of faulty or damaged goods.
Please note postage and packaging costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty, please get in touch with us first so we can have a chance to correct any issues.
We require the buyer file a full return request and return un-used goods in their ORIGINAL condition (as well as original packaging) at their own expense, we also require the customer to clearly label their return ID on the parcel, this will assist us in speeding up your refund request.
Any returns sent without a authorized return ID will be rejected and returned to sender if applicable.
Retail goods returned in an opened condition will be rejected and a charge applied for their return, unless faulty.
